We ship our organic energy gels from Kaltern (South Tyrol) to all countries of the European Union. Orders are shipped as one parcel by our standard carrier in neutral packaging. Shipping costs apply per order, regardless of quantity.

All shipping costs are per order (incl. VAT) and are shown transparently in the cart and at checkout. With the 60-pack, shipping is free to Italy and the core countries (DE, AT, FR, BE, NL, LU).

The stated delivery times start on the day of the shipping confirmation. For payment in advance (bank transfer), the delivery time only starts once the full purchase price has been received in our account.
Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped via a standard parcel carrier. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
Further delivery countries
We currently ship within the European Union. Shipping to further countries (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and overseas) will follow soon. For deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties, customs charges and local taxes may then apply, which are not included in the price.
Packaging and quality
Our products are packed in food safe packaging. Since these are food products, we reserve the right to adjust shipping at short notice in extreme weather conditions to protect product quality. In that case we will inform you immediately by email.
